The Role:

As our Recruiter / HR Specialist, you'll be the cornerstone of our team, ensuring that we attract, hire, and retain the best talent. You'll be instrumental in maintaining our Employee Handbook, upholding our HR standards, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing benefits, and assisting in guiding the strategic direction of our schools.

Responsibilities:

Spearhead talent acquisition efforts to identify, attract, and onboard top talent who share our passion for making a difference.
Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, ensuring all policies are up-to-date, comprehensive, and in compliance with current regulations.
Uphold HR standards and practices, ensuring our team operates in a healthy, law-abiding, and highly effective environment.
Act as a benefits manager, overseeing employee benefits and ensuring they align with our team's needs and the company's values.
Collaborate with senior management to contribute to the strategic direction of the schools, ensuring our people strategy aligns with our overall mission.
Be a vibrant ambassador of our brand, promoting our values and mission internally and externally.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 3 years of dedicated HR experience, with a focus on recruiting and talent management.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with an aptitude for fostering connections.
A passion for identifying talent and aiding individuals in reaching their full potential.
Experience with HRIS systems, particularly ADP and Deputy, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in maintaining HR documents, including Employee Handbooks, and ensuring compliance with HR standards and regulations.
An enthusiasm for representing the brand at job fairs and networking events.
Must share our commitment to water safety and child development, ready to contribute significantly to our mission.
