Job Description:
As our Digital Media Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing campaigns that highlight the fun and safety of our swim schools. You'll leverage your expertise in social media and digital media optimization to reach and engage our target audience across various platforms. From creating compelling content to analyzing performance metrics, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness and generating leads for our swim schools.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Goldfish Swim Schools and increase brand visibility.
Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, that highlight the fun and safety of our swim schools.
Optimize digital media campaigns for maximum reach and engagement, utilizing SEO, text marketing, and boosted posts.
Produce and curate content for Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form video platforms to showcase our swim schools in a creative and captivating way.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
Work with customer databases and lead management systems to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Generate and manipulate creative assets to optimize messaging and storytelling across digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and storytelling.
Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Podium, Sprout, Sprinklr, Adobe Suite, and other digital marketing tools to manage campaigns, analyze data, and create visual content.
Coordinate Marketing Events for Goldish Swim Schools throughout the region

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is required.
Advanced degrees, such as a Master's or MBA, are ideal.
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and digital media optimization.
Proficiency in social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, as well as experience with digital media tools and techniques.
Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, Podium, Sprout, Sprinklr, Adobe Suite, and other digital marketing tools.
Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Dependable, diligent, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $62,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year
